Description (Service) Services and programs for First Nations, Inuit and Métis women, children, youth, elders and families 
Shelter for abused women and their children 
Counselling: general * family * sexual abuse * addictions 
Sacred Child program: child care for clients accessing programs and services * respite care (three hours max) 
Healing circles * cultural / spiritual teachings * 50 years and over grandmothers groups * youth programs * visiting elders * employment training * employment counselling * advocacy and referral * hospital visits * art therapy * crafts and workshops * accompaniment and support to legal proceedings and other appointments
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm
Areas Served Ottawa
Eligibility First Nations, Inuit and Métis women and children, but all women and children are welcome 
* Counselling, Culture Program and Employment Readiness Program: 16 years and over 
* Sacred Child Program: 0-6 years 
* Youth Program: 7-18 years 
* Employment Counselling: 15 years and older 
* Art Therapy: 5-15 years
Application Registration required * Housing First Case Managers available at Oshki Kizis Lodge 613-789-6876 
Respite care: must be registered with a program and make arrangements 24 hours in advance
