Description & Services
Description (Service) Support and rehabilitation to patients and their families during treatments and follow-up. The team includes: social workers, dietitians, physiotherapists, speech and language pathologists, psychologists and psychiatrists.

Groups: Coping with Cancer Stress * Connections 18-35 * Caregiver Support Group

Education sessions: Nutrition during Cancer Treatments * Breathe * Lymphedema Education Class
