Public Comments ***18 February 2016 - Concerning donations: most agencies are dealing with a surplus of donated items, so it is preferable to stop making donations of goods (clothing, small appliances, furniture, etc.), except if a need for a specific item is expressed by community agencies. The demand for housing tends to be for large apartments or houses. The most useful donation remains cash to a legitimate organization like Centraide. ***
