Description & Services
Description (Service) Hospital based outpatient mental health services * support, psychoeducation, psychiatric rehabilitation and intensive group treatment for adults experiencing significant mental health challenges * Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) * time-limited program with a maximum participation of four to six weeks
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm
Areas Served Frontenac County ; Lennox and Addington County
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
Individuals 18 years and older with significant mental health challenges * intended for individuals transitioning from the hospital's Inpatient Mental Health Program to the community, or for individuals who present at the Emergency Department with Mental health issues but do not require admission
Application Referral by a psychiatrist or a physician required
