Areas Served Frontenac County ; Hastings County ; Lanark County ; Leeds and Grenville United Counties ; Lennox and Addington County ; Ottawa (City of) ; Prescott and Russell United Counties ; Prince Edward County ; Renfrew County ; Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry United Counties
Eligibility * Service dogs for people with autism: individuals 3 years and older with autism 
* Service dogs for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or for mental health issues: individuals 18 years and older with PTSD or mental health issues 
* Seizure response service dogs: individuals 6 years and older with a diagnosis of epilepsy or other seizure disorders 
* Mobility service dogs: individuals 5 years and older with physical or medical disabilities 
* Canine assisted intervention dogs: caregivers, professionals, or facilities
