Description (Service) Information on the family court process * assistance in preparing for family court proceedings (documenting history of abuse, accessing Legal Aid) * referral to specialized services and supports in the community * safety planning * court accompaniment to proceedings when appropriate.
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm
Areas Served Akwesasne ; Prescott and Russell United Counties ; Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry United Counties
Eligibility Victims of domestic violence involved in the family court process.
Application Referrals through other agencies or self-referral.
Languages English ; French ; Spanish - Limited ; Written information and safety plans available in many languages.
