Description (Service) Family oriented day program * committed to creating and providing high standard and cost effective community based programs 
 
Offers a client-centered approach, which enables everyone to work together to obtain reasonable and sustainable goals * safe environment that fosters growth and socialization * all activities are set to meet client’s interests and needs 
 
Overnight respite through the week if required * summer camps
Hours Day program and respite Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm * respite Fri 5 pm-Sun 3 pm
Areas Served Ottawa
Eligibility Day Program: adults 18 years and older with developmental disabilities, Fragile X Syndrome, Down’s Syndrome and Autism 
Respite: 13 years and older with the same developmental disabilities
Application Initial assessment arranged to take place at the client's home, followed by scheduling a visit to the day program * call to request an assessment or use the online form to get in contact
