Description (Service) Works to develop and maintain the physical, intellectual, social and spiritual abilities of individuals with a probable diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or related dementia. 
Qualified staff provide respite to caregivers and alleviate isolation and loneliness for the client: 
* toileting 
* meal assistance 
* transferring 
* medication reminders 
* health promotion 
Baths, foot care or blood pressure monitoring are not available at this time
Hours Thu 9:30 am-2:30 pm
Areas Served Prescott and Russell United Counties
Eligibility Day Support Program open to individuals with Alzheimer Disease or related dementias
