Description (Service) Clinics will include: vital sign checks * blood pressure checks * pulse * respiration * oxygen saturation * body weight * temperature * blood glucose level * answer questions or concerns about health and wellness and working with other community members * discussion may include information regarding the above * discuss suggestions to stay healthy: quit smoking * eat healthy food & healthy portions * increase daily water intake * daily exercise & avoid poor lifestyle * regular doctor visits * follow medication guidelines
