Description (Service) Non-profit community support agency * Home Support Workers (HSW) and Personal Support Workers (PSW) provide fee-for services such as : 
* assistance with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing and exercise programs 
* assistance with meal planning and preparation 
* assistance with household management such as laundry and light housekeeping 
* support through companionship, motivational activities and socialization 
* respite care for family caregivers
Hours Administration Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4 pm * Service Mon-Sun 24 hours

Eligibility Seniors and adults with physical disabilities * minimum fee: 2 hours
Application Self or health professional referral * home visit will be completed by an OWCS Care Coordinator
