Description & Services
Description (Service) Designed to help young adults with developmental disabilities to make a successful transition from school to a wide range of community participation activities and work. * Staff work with young adults to explore a variety of support and service in their community in order to may make informed decisions to direct their own future. * It is not a full-time, center-based program.
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm

Application Referrals to the program are received from Developmental Services Ontario-Eastern Region for funded vacancies * individuals and families may also purchase service using Passport or private funds depending on availability
