Description & Services
Description (Service) Advocacy worker available to meet with individuals who are having difficulty accessing services or need assistance to navigate systems * the worker will help identify specific needs and develop the best course of action 
* information and referrals 
* information sessions and presentations to the public 
* outreach to vulnerable and marginalized groups who face barriers when accessing services 
* participation in community planning and coordination activities
Hours Administration Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm * summer hours Mon-Fri 9 am-4:30 pm

Eligibility Individuals, families, that are struggling to access services or resolve issues related to immigration, refugee status, disabilities (including issues with the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)), living on low income, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), housing (help with applications), legal, etc.
