Boundaries Blackburn Hamlet, Beacon Hill, Carlsbad Springs, Gloucester, Gloucester South, Riverside South, Orleans, Cumberland, Navan, Vars, and Sarsfield.
Eligibility Older adults, seniors and adults with physical disabilities and people in convalescence who live in the area served
