Eligibility Ages: 12 year(s) and up 
Individuals 12 years and older who are struggling with problems related to alcohol, drugs, medication or grambling * counselling and education offered to family members, friends, neighbours, colleagues and others troubled by the use or addiction of someone they care about
Application By appointment only * self-referrals accepted * friends and family members, physicians, health care professionals, and community organizations may also refer clients * for all new referrals, call central intake, toll free 1-844-304-1414
