* move planning and co-ordination, including floor plan 
* sorting, organizing, downsizing and decluttering  
* packing, moving, unpacking and setting up belongings in the new home 
* packing and delivering remaining items to friends, family, storage, garbage, recycle or donation 
* estate services: removing remaining content from the home and dispersing as needed to friends, family, storage, garbage, recycle or donation 
* arranging services: storage, auctioneers, carpet cleaning, plumber, etc. as required 
* preparing the house for market including cleaning, yard work, and staging
