* By-laws: parking-related issues, animals, noise complaints, graffiti, abandoned shopping carts, tobacco regulations, etc. 
* Licenses and Permits: pet registration, First-Aid and CPR courses, etc. 
* Roads, sidewalks, and paths: catch basins on the road, potholes, road and sidewalk maintenance, traffic tickets, property damages by city vehicle, debris or litter on the road, street lighting, report a dead animal on the road, etc. 
* Trees, water and environment: water and sewer bill, park maintenance, noxious/invasive plants, city tree health and maintenance, tree stump removal, etc. 
* Garbage and recycling: Blue Box, Black Box, and Green Bin inquiries, calendars, diapers and incontinence products collection, etc. 
* Recreation and culture: class and activity registration, recreation facility booking, etc.
