Description & Services
Description (Service) Programme designed for people with Parkinson's Disease * hour long classes * ten-week sessions * programme begins with seated exercises and progresses to both standing supported and free-standing travelling movements * adapted to suit each individual's abilities * live musical accompaniment * care partners are encouraged to participate 
 
Classes are held at The School of Dance (200 Crichton St, Ottawa, ON K1M 1W2), at Dovercourt Recreation Centre, Carling Motors Room (411 Dovercourt Ave, Ottawa, ON K2A 0S9), and at Residence Saint-Louis, Auditorium (879 Hiawatha Park Rd, Orleans, ON K1C 2Z6).
