Parent To Be: held on Saturday * all day workshop for couples that provides information and support prior to the baby's arrival * childbirth education and relaxation techniques * expert speakers * limited to eight couples 
Mom & Baby: discussion lead by a local expert or participation in a local activity * siblings welcome 
Mom & Tot: six week program * weekly visit to a local activity * each session includes a photo opportunity
