Description (Service) Community Health and Resource Centers (CHRCs) in Ottawa offer dental services such as dental screenings, fluoride varnish applications and dental health information, denture cleaning (at some locations) and Ontario Senior Dental Care Plan (OSDCP) and Healthy Smiles Ontario program enrolment
