Description (Service) Volunteers fostering companion animals of women leaving domestic violence to seek a shelter * provides veterinary intake and long- or short-term fostering * reunites owners with their pets when the woman exits the shelter * volunteers provide pets with food, shelter, and appropriate exercise

Eligibility Women and their children who need to exit from domestic violence into the safety of local Violence Against Women (VAW) shelters
