Description (Service) Outreach support program aiming to prevent youth homelessness * offers immediate crisis intervention and access to long-term supports * helps to address family breakdown, youth/parent conflict, and general communication difficulties that may leave youth at a greater risk of entering homelessness
Hours Flexible, usually 9:00 am-5:00 pm Mon-Fri

Families with a youth 16-24 years old who is at risk of becoming homeless
