Description (Service) Range of international educational exchange programs in Canada, Africa, Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe * focus on volunteer work and community development * also works with schools and youth groups to organize short term education and training projects and internships for youth in other countries * emphasizes leadership skills and exploration of social justice issues on community and international levels
