Description (Service) Facilitated group designed to help new fathers support their partner through postpartum challenges while balancing their own transition into being a new parent * increase understanding of perinatal mental health and learn about coping strategies, research, and resources * infants 12 months and under are welcome
Hours Every 1st Saturday of the month, 9:30 am-11:30 am

Eligibility New fathers whose partner is experiencing depression, anxiety, or Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) after the arrival of the baby/ies
