Description (Service) Professional and community developmental services  
 
Clinical services to adults with an intellectual disability or dual diagnosis who present challenging behaviours and/or complex medical needs * educates and coaches caregivers and care networks * plans for crisis prevention, intervention and support * plays an integral role in successful transitional planning * helps with the navigation and collaboration of complex systems * creates individualized service plans 
 
Event management services (trainings, conferences, symposiums, staff retreats, employee recognitions, etc.) * assessment of requirements * work schedule * budget planning * logistics * research for suppliers * communication strategies * event coordination * post-event assessment
