Description (Service) Moving and storage services to those fleeing abuse/while a client resides in a shelter * urgent or escorted moves including police assistance * pet transportation available, but no carriers are provided
Hours Mon-Sun 24 hours
Areas Served Ottawa (City of)
Eligibility Survivors of abuse 18 years and older and their children * must be clients who are connected to a shelter or are already living in a shelter
Application Referrals must come from a local shelter, or from a social service agency * staff should send an email with the client's name and contact information, the preferred date and time of the move, the description of items to move, and the number of stops and approximate locations
