Description (Service) Individual counselling, limited couples counselling, limited intensive case management for youth/young adults, mental health peer support program, and community/group programs to help develop skills to face challenges, find ways to cope with issues such as depression, stress, anxiety, grief and loss, persistent pain, parenting, childhood abuse, low self-esteem, relationships and marital problems 
Community/Group programs include: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction * Managing Powerful Emotions * Artistic Expressions for Women
Hours Mon-Wed 9 am-7 pm * Thu, Fri 9 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Lanark County ; North of Highway 7 ; Eastern part of Frontenac County ; Southern part of Renfrew County
