Description (Service) Assessment focused on the health concern that brought the patient to the Urgent Care Clinic. 
 
Clinic can be used for: recent or sudden onset of sickness such as a sore throat, ear ache, cough, rash, fever * minor injury such as minor scrapes, cuts, muscle strains, etc. 
 
The clinic does not see patients for renewal of prescriptions * to have forms completed * for routine monitoring of health condition or chronic illness such as high blood pressure or diabetes
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-10 am * first come first served basis
Areas Served Lanark County ; Lanark County north of highway 7; eastern part of Frontenac County ; southern part of Renfrew County
Eligibility Patients with health providers not with the Community Health Centre should call ahead to see if they can attend the clinic.
