Description (Service) COVID-19 (19 Mar 2020): Warming and Counselling centre remains open during COVID-19 until further notice with no changes to services. 
 
Drop in centre * out of the cold program * provides referrals to housing, mental health, physical health, and any other services identified by individual clients * provides on site medical attention to those suffering from minor health ailments * harm reduction services 
 
Partnership between Kingston Community Health Centres - Street Health Centre, Home Base Housing, Frontenac Paramedic Services, and Providence Cares at Risk Mental Health Outreach Team
Hours Mon-Sun 8 pm-8 am
Areas Served Frontenac County
Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
 
Individuals 16 years and older who are homeless or precariously housed, who use substances, or who suffer from mental health conditions
