Description (Service) Client centered community withdrawal management services * one to one support for withdrawal * mobile out reach to meet clients in safe and supportive setting * provide clients family with monitor withdrawal signs and symptoms * provide appropriate referrals to all levels of emergency care, medical withdrawal management residential withdrawal management * 24 hour telephone support
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm, Sat 8 am-2 pm
