Description (Service) Literacy, numeracy and essential skills services to assist in transitioning to employment, apprenticeship, secondary-school credit, post-secondary education or independence * maintains four delivery streams including Aboriginal, Francophone, Deaf and Anglophone

Primarily serves adult learners ages 19 and older wanting to improve their literacy and numeracy skills to achieve goals of further education and training, employment or increased independence * must have facility in English and literacy skills below Grade 12 of the Ontario Curriculum
