Description (Service) Provides: comprehensive assessments for persons over the age of 65 years of age experiencing mental health problems * follow up visits provided as required * education / training for professionals / families on geriatric psychiatry topics
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * assessments by appointment
Areas Served Renfrew County - All Renfrew County residents who qualify for the service will be seen in the area of the County where they live
Eligibility Ages: 65 year(s) and up 
65 years of age or older experiencing behaviour / personality changes, manic or depressed moods, psychosis, anxiety, memory loss and medication review
Application Family physician referral needed * in the absence of a family physician, contact directly
Languages English ; French - upon request
Fees None - with valid OHIP card
