Description (Service) ACTT (Assertive Community Treatment Team) is designed to work with and support the client who requires a very high intensity of service in order to support them and their mental illness. 
Assistance with:

Hours Mon-Sun 8:30 am-8 pm

Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
Age 16 and up with a diagnosed mental illness who requires a very high intensity of service
