Description (Service) Professionally trained Crisis Line Responders provide: 
* screening  
* assessment  
* referrals  
* support in a crisis  
* suicide intervention  
* transfer to the Local Crisis Team or to emergency services when advisable 
Crisis include: 
* difficulty dealing with stress 
* overwhelming feelings 
* symptoms of depression 
* anxiety or psychosis 
* suicidal thoughts 
* any concerns regarding personal mental health or that of a family member or friend
Hours Mon-Sun 24 hours
Areas Served Renfrew County
Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
Individuals 16 years and older who are residents of Renfrew and who are experiencing mental illness
