Description (Service) Gentle fitness classes for older adults who want to maintain or increase their activity and fitness level in a social and supportive environment * Weekly hour long classes led by trained community volunteers or staff * Older Adults and Seniors * Gentle classes are geared to serve people who are recovering from injury or illness * who use walking support (ie chair * cane * walker) or who have been inactive for an extended period of time
Hours Sep-May Tue and Thu 1:30 pm-2:30 pm

Eligibility Older Adults and Seniors * Low activity level or gentle classes are for people who are recovering from injury or illness, who use walking support (ie chair, cane, walker) or who have been inactive for an extended period of time
