Infants and children, birth to age 5 years, with the focus being on the first 3 years, who are experiencing difficulties in their development or at risk for delays in development. Anyone who has a concern about a child can refer. Parents need to be informed about the referral. We encourage parents to self-refer. We provide an integrated approach to infant and young child development in family-centred intervention that is responsive to parents strengths, competencies and priorities. We assist families in the identification of their child's needs, accessing resources and appropriate services.
