Description & Services
Description (Service) Provides comprehensive assessments, for persons over 65 years of age experiencing mental health problems including: 
* Behaviour problems and personality changes 
* Mood changes including depression and mania 
* Psychosis including suspiciousness and hallucinations 
* Anxiety 
* Memory loss and confusion 
* Medication review
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm
Areas Served Renfrew County
Eligibility Ages: 65 year(s) and up 
 
Persons 65 years of age and older experiencing mental health problems
Application Referrals are made in collaboration with the family physician
Languages English ; French - available upon request
Fees None - with a valid OHIP card
