Description (Service) Program based on Outpatient Harm Reduction Model including : intake interview * medical examination and laboratory tests * supervised urine testing * treatment contract and plan * regular medical follow up * daily methadone dose
Hours Office: Mon, Thu 8 am-3 pm * Tue, Wed, Fri 8 am-4:30 pm * Sun 9 am-noon 
Pharmacy: Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm * Sat, Sun and Holidays 9 am-noon
Areas Served Deep River ; Head, Clara and Maria ; Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards ; Laurentian Hills ; Laurentian Valley ; Madawaska Valley ; North Algona-Wilberforce ; Pembroke ; Petawawa ; Renfrew County ; Whitewater
Eligibility Individuals dependent on opiates like: heroin or other narcotics (such as Oxycontin, opium, Percocet, Percodan, morphine, codeine, etc.) who would like to have a drug-free lifestyle

To register, call Mon-Fri, 9 am-5 pm EST to self-identify as interested in the Methadone Maintenance Program * family physician, psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, addiction counselor and other health professional, or employer, can call on behalf of applicant

Fees Program - Methadone is covered by the Ontario Drug Benefit Program for those patients who are covered by the plan (i.e., Family Benefits, Welfare Assistance, Disability, etc.) ; Service - Additional nominal fees may be applicable for non-OHIP covered services ; None - with valid OHIP card
