Description & Services
Description (Service) The Sea Cadet movement is a Youth Development Program co-sponsored by the Navy League of Canada - Belleville Branch and the Department of National Defence.
Hours The Corps (RCSCC QUINTE) meets each Thus 6 pm-9:30 pm during the school year. Most weekends (Fri evening through Sunday) are also booked for a wide range of Cadet activities
Meetings The Navy League Branch (co-sponsor of the Corps) meets the last Tuesday of each month at the NL Building, 16 South Front Street, Belleville.

Eligibility Ages: 12 year(s) - 18 year(s) 
 
The Branch is open to family, friends and supporters of RCSCC QUINTE. 
The 'Corps' is open to youth from 12 to 18 from the Greater Quinte Area.
Application An application to join the Corps can be picked up at the Navy League Building any Thursday evening between 6 pm and 9:30 pm or by calling 613-962-4647.

Fees None ; This is a free youth development program to the young people of the Greater Quinte Area. The music, sailing, range, biathlon, orienteering, outdoor adventure, and summer camp are provided at no cost to the cadets within the program.

Established The Belleville Branch was formed in 1928
Funding Federal - Navy League of Canada, partnership with D.N.D ; United Way ; Navy League of Canada - Belleville Branch is responsible for raising funds to support the Corps. In partnership with D.N.D they receive federal funds to supply the Officers, Cadet uniforms, program supplies and Sea Cadet curriculum.
Elections The Belleville Navy League Branch Executive are elected each year during the Annual General Meeting held each June. The Branch Members are all unpaid volunteers and take on the responsibilities of a paid staff in support of our Sea Cadet Corps.
