Description (Service) Alternative program for students who were not successful in the regular school setting * individualized programs * workshops * students must meet minimum hours (17 1/2) and lesson submission (4) each week * concentration is on academic credits
Hours Mon-Fri 8:15 am-2:30 pm * during the school year

Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) - 21 year(s) 
Students must be registered at Centennial Secondary School or Eastside Secondary School and be referred by the Student Success Team to apply to S.H.A.P.E.
Application Application form and interview stage required * Application packages may be picked up from a student's home school * Principal's signature is required
