Description (Service) SMART (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together)® Seniors Group Exercise Classes: hour-long cardio, balance, strength and flexibility training done around a chair led by certified fitness instructors. 
 
 
Fall Prevention Program: 12 weekly sessions including education and exercise to prevent falls * focus on lower body strength, balance and flexibility * led by registered health professionals 
 
 
Anyone can participate whether from a chair, using and aid or moving independently.
Areas Served Hastings County ; Prince Edward County
Eligibility Ages: 55 year(s) and up 
 
Individuals 55 years and older.
