Description & Services
Description (Service) Provides attendant care services to individuals with a permanent physical disability and require assistance with their personal care. * Services are provided either in the person's own home or in our supportive housing sites. * Referrals may be made by the individual, an agency or doctor.
Hours Office hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * Supportive Housing has access to service 24 hours/day * Outreach attendant care: 6 am-11 pm
Areas Served Hastings County ; Prince Edward County
Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
Physically disabled adults who are 16 years of age and older * Able to or potentiality able to direct their own care * Can be safely left alone when such assistance is not required.
Application Referrals may be made by the individual, an agency or doctor.
