Description & Services
Description (Service) An interdisciplinary family health clinic that provides primary family health care to the community serving patients where the family health provider is a Nurse Practitioner. As a patient of our team you will have access to care that includes nurse practitioners, registered nurses, a pharmacist, a dietician, a social worker and a chiropractor who are supported by a Chief Nurse Practitioner/Clinic Director, Administrative Lead, and administrative support staff. For family health care needs outside of our scope of practice there are two consulting physicians.
Hours Mon 8:30 am- 4:30 pm * Tue 8:30 am- 8:30 pm * Wed 7:30 am- 4:30 pm * Thu 8:30 am- 4:30 pm * (First and Third Thursday Only open from 8:30 am- 8:30 pm) 
Fri 8:30 am- 12 noon * Second and Fourth Sat only open 8:30 am- 4:30 pm  
Closed 12 noon-1 pm Daily. Phones are not answered the last hour of each day. 
Closed all Statutory Holidays and Easter Monday
