Description (Service) CV19 Both offices remain open but we are discouraging general public visits * Offering supports to seniors or vulnerable adults requiring assistance * Meal on Wheels program operating with some modifications * Transportation Services modified for essential medical appointments or errands * Telephone and Reassurance program operating (March 20, 2020)  
 
Provide home support programs and services to assist seniors and adults with physical disabilities in their their own homes * supports include Meals on Wheels, Escorted Transportation, Stroke Support, Congregate Dining, Foot care Clinics, Drivers' Refresher
