Description & Services
Description (Service) Peer support services offered for those persons having addictions and/or mental illness. Offers a daily lunch program, with a healthy menu in mind for the cost of $1. Weekly social recreational activities include community outings* bowling * partner groups with Mental Health Services such as cognitive therapy group and weekly swimming * informal depression group and crafts. Monthly Educational sessions are held with informational speakers from North Hastings Community services and agencies.
Hours Mon-Fri 10 am-3 pm
Meetings voluntary monthly members meetings are held at Bancroft Support Centre in order for members to assist the Centre staff in planning for upcoming on site and off site activities and groups.
