Description (Service) The Peer Mentoring Program is a unique initiative that promotes an inclusive school culture where all contributions are welcomed, valued and respected. Community Living Prince Edward works closely with school personnel and leaders in the school to promote inclusion, provide training, resources and on-site support and guidance. Students with disabilities are encouraged to get involved in the life of their school community through sports, clubs, fundraising events, school activities, drama productions, etc.
