Description (Service) CV19 Crisis Centre can be reached by phone * Only Entrances being used at this time are the Emergency Department entrance & the Charlotte Sill Wing entrance * Hospital Emergency Departments open with INCREASED screening measures in place * IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE COVID 19 CALL HPE HEALTH UNIT 613-966-5500 OR TELEHEALTH ONTARIO 1-866-797-0000 FOR RECOMMENDATIONS * ONLY IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING SEVERE SYMPTOMS CAUSING DIFFICULTY BREATHING DO YOU NEED TO BE ASSESSED BY THE HOSPITAL * (March 28, 2020) 
 
Mental health crisis intervention program * immediate response * assessment * referral * short term counselling support * 24 hrs crisis line * outreach clinics in Picton, and Trenton, videoconferencing available in Madoc and Bancroft.
