Description & Services
Description (Service) Monthly support groups for stroke survivors and stroke caregivers led by a trained facilitator. "Living with Stroke" education sessions once a year. Three different groups meet monthly stroke survivors * caregivers * couples * young survivors. Some OTN access is now available.
Hours Office hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
