Description & Services
Description (Service) CLPE provides a number of supports and services for people with an intellectual disability and their families. Services include: Resource Consultant * Family Support * Youth in Transition * Peer Mentoring * Respite Services * Adult Residential Supports * Associate Home * Supported Independent Living * Community Supports and Services and Supported Employment. Person Directed Planning ensures that each person's goals and dreams are the focus of their individualized supports. CLPE assists with case management services, accessing ministry funding, advocacy, facilitating inclusion, case conferencing, education and resource sharing.
Hours Office hours are Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm 
 
Supports and services are offered 24 hours.

Eligibility Various services from birth through to including adult life.
