Description (Service) Following intake interview provides medical examination and laboratory tests * supervised urine testing * treatment contract and treatment plan * addiction counselling * regular medical follow up * daily methadone dose * post-methadone treatment (relapse prevention and medication where appropriate)
Hours Mon-Thu 8:30 am-5 pm * Fri *:30 am-3 pm * Weekends & Holidays 9 am-12 noon
Areas Served Hastings County ; Prince Edward County
Eligibility Appropriate for individuals dependent on opiates such as heroin, methadone, Percocet, Oxycontin, opium, morphine, Dilaudid, codeine, Demerol, Fentanyl, etc.
