Description & Services
Description (Service) Program allows youth an opportunity to accept responsibility for their offence(s) and make amends without incurring a formal charge. Following a referral of the matter by the Police to COSP, the youth will complete meaningful measures relating to the referring incident. COSP will advise the Police in writing of the youth's program involvement and how successful they were in completing their assigned EJM requirements. Unsuccessful program participation will result in the mattering being returned to the Police for resolution.
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-4:30 pm

Application Referrals are made through Police Services. Please note: service is available in Quinte West and Bancroft, but coordinated through the main COSP office in Belleville
